Bennett Sullivan brings studio sessions to life with his versatility, creativity, and virtuosic talent. He’s easy to work with, masters the vibe and pace of the studio, and delivers fast, efficient tracks. I’ve truly valued every session with him on banjo and pedal steel.

Working with Bennett has been fantastic. For Poker Face, I wanted to capture a very precise approach to banjo that could tip between ominous darkness and a brighter dusty optimism of the American open road. Not an easy order, but Bennett was incredible – he immediately understood and was able to translate the very specific things I was writing into beautiful performances. A total pleasure to work with, both in the studio in LA and on remote sessions from his home studio.
— Nathan Johnson, Poker Face
Bennett is such a badass!! We flew him into LA to record the banjos for Rian Johnson’s Poker Face Season 1, but for Season 2 he recorded in his own studio. He’s fast, thorough and most importantly incredibly musical...just an all-around top-tier talent that will level up any production.
